21+ Age Requirement
phpopular is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. You must not register or play if you are under 21. Age verification is part of the registration and KYC process — no exceptions.
Philippines Residents Only
The phpopular platform is intended for players located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring your local laws allow you to use this service.
PHP Transactions Only
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos. phpopular does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency for any transaction. Supported methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one phpopular account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension. All accounts must be registered in the player's own name and verified accordingly.
Account Security Responsibility

01 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on phpopular, accessing any section of the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the phpopular platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the registered player) and phpopular. They apply to all accounts, all game types, all deposits and withdrawals, and all interactions with the platform — including accessing the Game Lobby, Slots, Casino, Live Casino, and Bet sections.
phpopular reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through their account. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
02 Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an account on phpopular, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
- Be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted
- Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of access
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Not have previously had a phpopular account suspended or permanently closed
Each individual may hold only one phpopular account. If duplicate accounts are identified, phpopular reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any active bets, and withhold funds pending investigation.
You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your account to access the platform or place wagers.
03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions at phpopular are processed exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phpopular does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency for any deposit or withdrawal purpose.
Accepted deposit methods include:
- GCash (Philippine e-wallet)
- Maya (Philippine e-wallet)
- Philippine online banking (internet banking platforms)
- Bank transfer (Philippine banks)
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. phpopular reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved.
phpopular is not responsible for delays caused by external payment providers, banking processing times, or incomplete account verification. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed on the Deposit page within your account.
04 Gameplay Rules and Wagering
phpopular offers a variety of game types accessible through the Game Lobby, including slots, live casino tables, RNG casino games, and sports betting. By placing any wager, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game or bet you are participating in and that all gaming involves inherent financial risk.
phpopular uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers operating under studio conditions. Sports betting odds are set by phpopular and may change up to the moment of event commencement.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties
- Placing bets designed to circumvent bonus or promotional terms
- Any form of fraud, money laundering, or misrepresentation
phpopular reserves the right to void bets placed under error conditions, technical faults, or circumstances that clearly indicate misuse. Decisions made by phpopular on disputed game outcomes are final.
05 Promotions and Bonuses
phpopular may offer promotions, bonuses, or cashback programmes from time to time. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated when the offer is made available to eligible players.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonuses are credited as promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. phpopular will not publish fabricated bonus amounts, percentages, or wagering multiples on this page — all details are contained within each individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is active.
Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or placing bets specifically to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising real financial risk — is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
06 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
phpopular is committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all players. The platform is for adult entertainment only — it is not a means of generating income, and no game outcome can be predicted or guaranteed.
Players are strongly encouraged to use the account tools available within phpopular to manage their gaming activity. This includes reviewing transaction history, monitoring session frequency, and setting personal limits on how much time and money they spend on the platform.
Self-exclusion options are available to players who feel they need a break from gaming. Requests for self-exclusion should be submitted to phpopular support through your account. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from deposits and gameplay. phpopular will not contact excluded players with promotional materials during the exclusion period.

07 Account Suspension and Termination
phpopular reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, or if the account has been used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other users.
Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, duplicate accounts, suspected money laundering, exploitation of platform errors, collusion, self-exclusion violations, or failure to complete required identity verification.
Players wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting phpopular support through their account. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal through the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the usual verification process.
08 Privacy and Data
phpopular collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The manner in which your data is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
By registering an account, you consent to phpopular processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to platform operations.
09 Limitation of Liability
phpopular provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, phpopular does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
phpopular shall not be liable for: loss of profit or earnings, losses arising from technical faults outside phpopular's reasonable control, losses resulting from a player's own breach of these terms, or losses resulting from a player's decision to continue gaming beyond their means.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
10 Amendments and Governing Law
phpopular may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via their account notification system or registered email address. The most current version of these terms is always available on this page.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between phpopular and registered players with respect to use of the platform.
